About

I started my window cleaning business in 2018 out of a 2009 Honda Civic (with a 20 foot ladder in the car). I had started my business in Valdez, Alaska. By the end of that summer I had moved to Anchorage to establish operations there.

Over the years, we were able to grow our company into a six figure multi-employee business that generated real cash flow during the summer months here in Alaska. Over those years as an operator, we learned what worked, and what didn’t work for our business.

Our goal is to share that same footprint with you.

With nearly a decade of experience in the window cleaning industry with the business growing every year, I believe any window cleaning outfit can reach success much quicker than I could have. A lot of marketing agencies sell you a “one size fits all” approach that may work, but not at the level specific to your industry.

While my agency as a whole takes on clients from all service based businesses, I recognize that I can help window cleaning businesses out there, big or small with the right approach.

Information On Each Tier

Starter

The starter package is ideal for businesses who are either solo operators, or have 3 or less employees. This package is focused on organic growth, no paid ads.

Google My Business Optimization is crucial for any business operating in todays market. It’s what allows you to be visible on a Google search. It is free to get a Google page for any business.

We will streamline your Google Page to be on par with other competitors in your area. We have systems in place and strategy that can get you more reviews. (In our next package, we offer review generation)

For smaller operations who do not have a website, we can build a simple 2 or 3 page website for a small fee.

Growth

This package is best served for established window cleaning companies with 3 or more employees or solo operators who are growth focused.

We personally like to use a mix of Google, YouTube, and Meta to reach potential clients. We would use our video content we make on those platforms to convert potential customers to your website.

For most businesses, review generation is massive. We can build a system for you that allows your customers to get review requests after each job.

This would also include Google My Business Profile Optimization.

Combined with amazing creatives that we produce, review generation, and Google Business Optimization, leads should be flowing into your website.

(Ad Spend is not included in this tier. We recommend at least $300 per month paid directly to ad spend.)

Premium

This package is best served for medium to larger operations with 1 or more crews operating multiple sets of jobs per day.

In this tier, we want to ensure that you’re dominating your local market. We would want to advertise on all platforms, Google Search Ads, YouTube, YouTube TV Streaming, Meta, and others if applicable.

We would also help you grow using local SEO via blog writing and an overhaul or improvement of your already existing Google Business Profile.

This would also include monthly custom digital content, filmed by us, our own window cleaning “stock” footage, or a local videographer.

This also includes 16 posts per month on Facebook and Instagram.

We will also send you reports on competitors in your area, what they’re doing, what they aren’t, etc.

(Ad Spend is not included in this tier. We recommend at least $600 per month paid directly to ad spend)

  • Because we're not outsiders guessing at your industry. We own and operate Little Odyssey Window Washing, a real, working window cleaning business. We've run the trucks, booked the jobs, dealt with cancellations, the customers, and built the Google rankings ourselves. Everything we do for you, we've already tested on our own company first.

  • Most agencies learn your industry on your dime. We already know it. Seasonality, how customers actually search for a window cleaner, what makes someone choose one quote over another, and the liability and trust concerns that come with letting a crew onto someone's property. You're not paying us to figure out your business; you're paying us to apply what already works.

  • Paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta) typically start generating leads within 2-3 weeks of launch. If SEO or Google Business ranking work is part of your plan, that builds more gradually, usually a couple months before you see meaningful movement. (SEO is a long play) We'll be upfront with you about which type of result to expect and when.

  • Depending on the city/market we only take one window cleaning client per service area to avoid any conflict of interest.

  • We offer month to month contracts for our clients except for the premium tier. For those interested in the premium tier, we like to have time to measure the results with our ads and SEO with a bigger budget over time. We like 6-12 month commitments with the premium tier.

  • A little. We'll ask for things like photos of your work, quick responses to leads that come in, and occasional feedback on what's converting. The heavy lifting, ad setup, tracking, reporting, is on us.
